Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and GoApply. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
What GoApply is
GoApply is a discovery tool. We collect publicly posted opportunities (internships, scholarships, fellowships, fly-ins, insight programs, research programs and similar) and show you the ones you appear to qualify for, ranked by fit.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any company, university or foundation listed in the app. Applications are made on the organisation's own website, under their rules.
What we don't promise
This matters, so it's in plain language:
- We don't guarantee accuracy. Listings come from third-party sources and change without notice. Deadlines, eligibility rules, pay and locations can be wrong or out of date. Always confirm details on the organisation's official page before applying.
- We don't guarantee eligibility. Matching is automated and based on what you tell us. Appearing eligible in GoApply does not mean an organisation will consider you eligible.
- We don't guarantee outcomes. No interview, offer, scholarship or admission is promised. Match and Quality scores are estimates to help you prioritise, not predictions.
- We don't guarantee completeness. Programs we haven't indexed won't appear, and we may miss deadlines that exist elsewhere.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older to use GoApply.
- Provide accurate information. Matching is only as good as what you tell us.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- One account per person. Don't share it.
Acceptable use
Don't do any of the following:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export listings from the app.
- Resell, redistribute or republish our compiled listings as your own product.
- Reverse engineer the app, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
- Interfere with the service, overload it, or bypass any limits or paywalls.
- Upload anything unlawful, or a resume that isn't yours.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions and payment
GoApply may offer paid subscriptions. If it does:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price for the plan you selected.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us.
Prices and features may change. We'll tell you before a change affects an active subscription.
Your content
Your resume and profile stay yours. You grant us permission to process them for the purpose of running the service: matching, scoring and showing you results. We don't use them to train models of our own, and we don't publish them. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Our content
The app, its design, and our compiled and ranked listing set belong to us. Company names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the opportunity.
Ending it
Delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop operating the service.
Disclaimer and liability
GoApply is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed deadlines, rejected applications, or lost opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
